My second time in today. My battery died (due to the cold and also age) and they replaced it, identified and replaced my broken alternator, and were able to return my car back to me only 4 hours later. The online scheduling is very convenient — I actually scheduled my appointment yesterday. It might be a slower time of the year, but the efficiency of the service was remarkable.
